Our process

How we work — step by step

A predictable, six-stage process. No surprises, fixed-fee at the start, weekly progress updates throughout.

1. Single visit estimate. For most small jobs, we provide a firm quote on the spot during our first visit.
2. Scheduling. Small jobs slot into our calendar in 2–4 weeks. Larger jobs follow the same design-build process as our renovations.
3. Day-of work. One crew, one day for most tasks. Larger jobs follow a multi-day schedule.
4. Cleanup + walkthrough. We always leave the space cleaner than we found it. Walkthrough and payment on completion.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes — many of our largest clients started with a single light fixture install or a closet build. We don't turn down small work.

Can you match my existing trim/floors?

Usually yes. We bring samples, profile gauges and matching-stain kits to every estimate.

Are you licensed for electrical and plumbing?

We work with licensed sub-trades for ESA-required electrical and gas work. All other trades are in-house.
